IQF quick freezers

IQF freezing system is designed based on our many years of experience in IQF freezing and manufacturing techniques. The highest degree of IQF quality is ensured by directing frigid air upward through the stainless steel mesh belt. This technique provides high heat transfer between the air and the product and keeps the product in motion during cooling and freezing. Therefore, our freezer will have a true individual quick freezing (or IQF) of the products, regardless if the freezer is run at full or less full capacity. The following are some of our special features:- ¨ Two-stage belt freezing process with individual belt speed controls to vary the freezing in the crust freezing zone and finish freezing zone. This belt arrangement produces an excellent IQF product and is adaptable to a wide range of sensitive products. ¨ Freezer structure frames, housing, shafts, sprockets and chains are made of SS304 stainless steel for maximum sanitation and long life. ¨ Industrial type SS304 stainless steel tubes, aluminium plate fin coil for better heat transfer. ¨ Wide fin spacings for prolonged freezing cycle between defrosts. ¨ Specially designed vibrator for the crust freezing zone for separating the product. ¨ *Third fan at conveyor transfer operated with variable frequency drive for very light and easily blown product. ¨ Easy access to all components for cleaning and maintenance. ¨ WIP (wash-in-place) spray nozzles for defrosting coil and cleaning freezer ¨ Pre-assembled and pre-wired.
